ROBERTO S. GUEVARA - Chairman

Has been in investment banking for two decades in both the international and the local scenes after earlier posts at the National Home Mortgage and the Department of Agriculture.

A holder of a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from San Beda College and executive program certificates from the Asian Institute of Management and Institute for Management Development of Lausanne, Switzerland, he expanded his professional skills while working with both the Crocker National Bank and Merrill Lynch in the United States.

Presently sits as director in the Board of Export and Industry Bank, Radiowealth Finance Company, Guevent Industrial and Development Corporation, RFC (Hongkong) Limited, G & S Transport Corporation, First Centro Incorporated, and Philippine Building Coops Incorporated

JUAN VICTOR S. TANJUATCO - President

Has been in corporate banking and credit management since 1975.

A holder of a Masters Degree in Business Administration in Finance from Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University (cum laude), he has built up his work expertise through extensive exposure in the United States with IBM Philadelphia, in Hongkong with Credit Agricole Indosuez (formerly Banque Indosuez), in New Zealand also with Banque Indosuez, and in the Philippines, with Banque Indosuez, Manila Offshore Branch and the Bancom Group, Inc.

Currently sits as Director for Building Coops, Incorporated and as Business Adviser for Credit Agricole Indosuez, Geneva, Switzerland.

MA. THERESA P. ROLDAN - Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Has been involved in corporate planning and treasury work since 1982.

A holder of a Masters Degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from University of the Philippines, she has developed proficiency in general management through her active participation in the management organizations of the Guevent Group of Companies, the National Shipping Corporation of the Philippines, the National Development Company, and Refractories Corporation of the Philippines.

Presently sits as Director of Seed Capital Corporation.
