  2. Certificate of Loan Eligibility (CLE)
  3. Certificate of Employment & Compensation / duly Notarized (must indicate previous and present salary on Company Letterhead); for OCW's - latest Job Work Contract; for NON-MEMBERS - Business Registration Permit?License
  4. Current Community Tax Certificate
  5. Birth Certificate
  6. Applicant's and Co-Borrowers ID (3 copies / 1X1 duly signed)
  7. Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
  8. Special Power of Attorney (if applicable)
  9. Filing Fee
Note: Present ALL ORIGINAL COPIES for authentication.
Payment Schemes:
In-House Financing (Convertible to Pag-IBIG or Bank Loan Hsing Loan)
P800,000.00 - Selling Price 
    50,000.00 - Reservation 
  190,000.00 - Down payment payable within one(1) month.
  560,000.00 - Thru HBI In-House Financing for 15 years (convertible to Pag-IBIG Housing Loan or any Bank loan loan Facility. 
 - OR -
In-House Financing Under HBI (Straight In-House)
P800,000.00 - Selling Price 
  240,000.00 - 30% Downpayment payable w/in 1-3 months maximum.
  560,000.00 - Thru HBI In-House Financing for 1 year @ P53,140 or 2 years @ P29,808
